A rental agreement is required and must be signed within 48hrs of booking or your reservation will not be honored. A $500 refundable deposit is required 48 hours prior to check-in, which will be refunded in the same manner it was received within 72 hours of check out. All Guests and Pets must be approved. Any unapproved people or animals found on property will be grounds for immediate removal without refund. Animals may not remain in the house unattended/ uncrated for any amount of time. Pets are not allowed in the pool, hot tub or sauna and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any damage or required cleaning will be billed to guest in addition to the pet fee. No smoking on the property - interior or exterior. Amenities are used at guests’ discretion and own risk; this includes any guests of the guest or anyone in the party. Tampering with WiFi, cameras, locks or security systems is strictly prohibited; it is grounds for immediate removal with no refund issued. Please remove shoes before entering. No glass is allowed within the gated area of the water amenities. If any misuse, glass or other foreign objects are found in or around the pool or hot tub, the entire pool and hot tub must be checked and mitigated for such hazards. Should this professional service be required, guest will be responsible for all costs associated with the service and any loss of income to owner as a result of it.

*The property has a seasonal pool (open estimated May-Sept), sauna, and hot tub—enjoy them at your own risk and please keep an eye on any children. *Housekeeping is available 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, for an extra fee. *For your safety, there are two cameras outside the property. Don’t worry—there are no cameras inside.
